I submitted my application online. Now what?
One of our professional recruiters will review your application and materials. While the process may vary by location and position, the general steps to joining the Odyssey team include:
- Selected candidates will receive a verbal offer, a formal offer letter, and new hire information.
- The recruiting team will review your application with the hiring team and contact you by phone or text to arrange an initial “getting to know you” call.
- Applicants selected for the next stage will be invited to participate in our interview process, which may include phone, virtual, and/or on-site interviews.
